You are booking for a Backing Table Stall Space , where we supply one table and you supply the backing table – £85
NerdCraft Con 2025 is happening on the 19th and 20th July 2025 in Merthyr Tydfil Leisure Centre.
- Single Stall spaces are approximately 2m x 2m and one 1.8m table will be supplied, along with folding chairs.
- Double Stall Spaces will have either a side-by-side or a corner set up. Two 1.8 tables will be supplied, along with folding chairs.
- Backing Table Stall Spaces are approximately 2m x 3m and one 1.8m table is supplied, you can then bring your own backing table or we can supply the backing table for a small extra fee. Folding chairs are also supplied.
- Spaces are limited. If the option you are looking for is not available in the drop down menu, it is because this space option has sold out – please choose an alternative option or contact NerdCraft (email below) with any enquiries.

- Single Stall Space with Backing Table (Table Supplied) – £95
- Single Stall Space with Backing Table (Supply your own backing table) – £85

Once you have purchased your Vendor Space you will be emailed a Vendor pack with all the info you should need!
